The Position

Working Hours:
9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday
Salary:
£16,000 to £18,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities
Take ownership and respond to customer support tickets via email and telephone, in respect of technical issues for both IT and comms products to ensure high quality responses and resolution.
- Quickly identify problems and resolve, escalating to the next level of support if, when needed.
- Creating a record of each customer problem and managing the process through to closure.
- Educate the customer where possible, to reduce support contact.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products & technologies and those of our competitors.
- Perform on site and remote installation of VoIP Telephony and IT hardware and applications.
- Shared responsibility for out of hours technical support queries.
- Learning on the job will include Active Directory, Azure AD/365, Sophos Endpoint and Unified threat Management/Firewalls

- Candidates must be able to demonstrate IT knowledge through education and/or work placement.
- Hands on experience advantageous but not essential.
Please note this company work remotely, this doesn’t stop on site work of course at customer premises and they do have an office in Washington.
