A well established security start-up company based in London are looking for a Graduate Support Engineer
Are you passionate about solving complex problems and thrive in a challenging environment? Do you have excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a Product Support Engineering team as a Graduate Support Engineer!
As a Graduate Support Engineer, you will be the bridge between partners and the development team, playing a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Working alongside software development engineers and global sales partners, you will be the external-facing side of the R&D organization, providing top-notch support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on all of products, related industry products, and their integrations.
- Gather accurate descriptions of environments and symptoms to minimize development and test times.
- Reproduce and troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues in the support lab.
- Collaborate with development and test teams to demonstrate problem reproduction and verify fixes.
- Provide accurate information on support case status and communicate progress to customers.
We are seeking outstanding recent graduates who possess excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidates are quick learners who enjoy rapidly assimilating new technology and products. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of AAB at A level (preferably straight A grades) and a 2nd or 1st class honors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or Maths. Equivalent standards are expected for candidates educated outside the UK.
- Passion for solving complex problems and reverse engineering.
- Some level of programming skills, e.g., Python.
