Job Responsibilities:
As a Second Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud technologies, Azure, and the Microsoft tech stack.
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
- Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably as a First Line Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals would be a plus.
