Job Specification
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our growing wellness company. As a Junior Manager you will be responsible for conducting wellness consultation working alongside a team of talented individuals, reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the nutrition, fitness or wellbeing industries and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will have a natural ability to build relationships and make sales, with an understanding of marketing trends.
Essentials skills/ Experience
- Work Experience in a sales or marketing role would be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, or a recent graduate with a strong academic background
- Strong leadership potential and experience leading teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the nutrition & wellness industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website management and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing & maintaining wellness & lifestyle panel. Managing relationships with experts.
•Conducting wellness & lifestyle consultations (Discovery Calls) using Teams/Zoom. Building relationships with customers.
- Storing data securely & appropriately handling information received from traWell, customers, collaborators & experts.
- Researching new prospects & generating leads.
- Designing & implementing a sales and marketing strategy for consultations & products across Social Media, Face2Face, TeleSales, Collaborations & via email.
- Securing direct sales with consumers & B2B (companies, universities, care homes) .
•Managing social media platforms & maintaining website with support from IT developer.
•Maintaining & restocking hamper items (including itemising sell-by dates for perishable items)
•Assembling hampers to order. Arranging delivery to customers.
- Identifying which marketing channels are best to reach target audience for consultations & hampers
•Thought leadership (writing content for website, moderating the posts on our community forums and recipe sourcing/development for Bubbleio & the five bubbles)
- Resource management: work placement opportunities, on-boarding & off-boarding of personnel
- Ensuring legal & corporate aspects (insurances, banking, ICO, T&Cs, health & safety, tax, accounting, HR/employment) are complied with.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
