Job description
In this role you will:
- Provide continuity of business support across the Divisions to maintain business performance;
- Support and facilitate highly effective stakeholder meetings (including minute taking);
- Provide support for a reception desk and associated duties;
- Maintain SharePoint information, administering access permissions and maintain stakeholder contact information;
- Ensure that Division information is accessible, accurate and controlled to meet Dstl’s information management policies;
- Support the delivery of key business and operational activities (e.g. assets, active roles, timesheets);
- Ensure that levels of service are maintained when other team members are absent.
The Groups providing administration services to the whole of Dstl are situated within the Operations Division. We are seeking Level 3 administrators for multiple roles.
We have numerous roles available for the right people. All we ask is that you have good administration skills and a flexible attitude to start with.
Some roles will require you to be on site, others may allow for hybrid working under certain conditions.

Person specification
we are looking for someone who has:
- A good understanding of administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- The ability to work flexibly as part of an effective team.
- Demonstrates good customer service skills.
- The desire to be innovative to support the vision of the group.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the preferred role.

Sifting and interviewing will take place during the life of the vacancy. Sifting will begin from 27th March and the first round of interviews will be held from the 19th April. These will continue through to the end of 2023.
