  • You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential
  • You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

  • The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma
  • A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response
  • The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations

Contract: Full Time and Part Time, Permanent x5

Salary: Full Time - £22,249 & Part Time - £11,124.50

Hours: Full Time - 47 hours per week, Part Time - 23.5 hours per week*

*Please note that the part time role cover Saturday and Sunday shifts

Salary: £11,124.50-£22,249.00 per year
