Based in North Norfolk Reboot Systems is a technology service business working in both the retail and commercial sector market. We provide a wide range of business support packages and support retail customers with support and advice. Due an increase in customers we are looking to grow our friendly team with a Junior IT Technician to maintain our high service levels.
As a friendly and confident person, you will join our front-line support team to help our customers with any general and technical issues. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and some basic level technical knowledge of computer networks, however, full technical training will be provided. The right candidate will deal with customers in person, over the telephone, via email as well as on a support ticketing system and also via a live web chat facility.
Job description:
- Providing a point of contact for customers via phone, email or ticket
- Provide the Client with remote trouble shooting.
- Being able to do onsite visits and installing of equipment
- Use our Ticketing System to record and resolve requests in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- A love and ability to solve IT problems & challenges in a customer focused manner.
- IT qualifications such as Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+ etc.
- Great communications skills, founded in being a good and thorough listener when liaising with customers and team members.

Salary: £15,412.47-£22,000.00 per year
