As a Support Analyst working in the Customer Solution team, you will be responsible for helping Phrasee’s customers get the best user experience and results from our products. This will include helping customers understand complex use cases and workflows that leverage Phrasee’s dynamic technologies as well as assisting with queries in their day-to-day tasks. This role covers a multitude of technologies and will provide a rich marketing technology platform learning experience.
As a Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
- Get experience in many of the current marketing technology stacks.
- Develop knowledge of ground-breaking AI tech used in the marketing industry.
- Learn to deliver technical solutions at a high-level
- Work with a constantly evolving product.
What you will do:
- Manage first and second line support for the Phrasee platform
- Triage customer support requests and resolve them yourself or find the right internal team to get them resolved
- Work with Customer Success to ensure our customers are getting the best possible experience from the Phrasee product
- Work with the Solutions Consultants to manage 3rd line support requests
You are:
- Ideally, familiar with one of the following platforms (or similar) on a technical level; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic Marketing Cloud, Cheetah Digital, Airship, Braze.
- Able to demo technical aspects of our product such as integrations.
- Someone who loves understanding how things work.
- Process driven and love keeping things to schedule.
