Support Analyst – NAV / SQL
We are looking for an experience Dynamics NAV 2018 Support Analyst with knowledge of SQL to work as part of a support desk dealing with Dynamics NAV tickets. As a Support Analyst you will be dealing with all end user queries based around Dynamics NAV, diagnosing issues, working with the companies Dynamics NAV supplier to resolve issues.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of Nav 2018 end user support.
- A working knowledge of SQL server and SSMS.
- A working knowledge of using the Nav dev client to diagnose issues.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with end users
