Help deliver and enhance our support model proven to improve pass rates, operational relationships, and the overall student experience.
Providing administrative support to the team offering a proactive, personalised approach to all apprentices and trainees across our Accountancy & Tax courses, you’ll help guarantee learners are fully and positively prepared for their exams.
From initial onboarding to monitoring attendance and progression, play a key role in facilitating the success of tomorrow’s industry talent.

Key Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the onboarding of new students – sharing and managing key information as well as learning plane
- Monitoring student attendance and progression to guarantee ESFA and Ofsted compliance
- Completing essential follow-ups to compile evidence of students' study progress
- Managing various student questions and concerns
- Recording all contact with students receiving educational support
- Organising and facilitating progress review meetings as per the Apprentice Learning Plans (ALPs)
- Managing the contact points for learners on apprenticeship programmes
- Maintaining the submission process including student reviews and feedback
Candidate Criteria
What we're looking for
- Strong logical approach to diverse tasks – ideally with a lateral thinking approach
- Self-motivated with a proven proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads
- Great communication skills – both verbal and written
- Confident and collaborative team player
- Passionate about learning new skills and using new technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel & Access
- Positive experience of working in a busy office environment
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
