An exciting opportunity has arisen within Boeing Defence UK Supply Chain team!

The Role:

This position will be fast paced supporting all of BDUK and responsible for providing technical and functional support for the SAP Ariba application. They will collaborate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide guidance on best practices. Additionally, they will participate in system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of the SAP Ariba system.

Responsibilities:

Boeing is seeking a professional to join the team as a Supply Chain Specialist, who will be able to:

Provide First line Functional Support to:

  • Respond to user queries and issues related to the SAP Ariba system.
  • Perform supplier enablement activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and provide input to the Enterprise solution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.

In addition, this role will be supporting:

  • System Enhancements and Upgrades including recommending, testing and validating.
  • Regular data quality checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
  • Training end users on system functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Conducting training sessions or workshops to familiarize new users with the SAP Ariba system.
