Job description
We are looking for a team focussed, outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of having a ‘hands on’ approach to work and the ability to think outside the box.
Our centre runs a number of external COMPUTER BASED exams for awarding bodies and organisations. We hold online testing exams in our centre over 6 days of the week with shifts between 7am – 8.30pm.
You will be required to work various shifts.
Duties:
- Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times and ensuring that candidate needs are met
- Undertaking identification and security checks
- Explaining testing guidelines and examination process to all candidates
- Invigilation of exams
- Ensuring equipment and workstations are properly set up
- Resolving technical issues with support from IT departments
- Supporting the Centre Manager with a range of administrative tasks including booking exams, updating systems and answering phones
- General housekeeping of the centre
Key Skills and Experience:
- IT Literate - Ability to use MS Office packages including OutlookExperience of working in a customer facing role
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and forward thinking approach to work
- Proactive approach to work and the ability to deal with difficult situations
