Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
1) Ensure that all customers’ packing requirement are met.
2) Prepare secondary process purchase order.
3) Maintenance of warehouse, ensure that the warehouse is neat and tidy.
4) Ensure that parts delivered matches invoice from supplier.
5) Enter incoming parts into SAP system.
6) Repack parts and put into respective location.
7) Placing purchase orders to suppliers.
8) Liaising with supplier on delivery date and delivery mode.
9) Arrange and monitor incoming shipment with suppliers and freight forwarding companies.
10) Source for products requested by Sales Team.
11) Keep stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
12) Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related issues.
13) Conduct periodic stock take and stock reconciliation, investigate the root cause of discrepancies and implementing preventive measures to maintain inventory accuracy & integrity.
14) Responsible for vendor management and ensure continuous improvement, whenever necessary.
15) Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
16) Constantly source and negotiate to achieve cost reduction objectives.
17) Develop business relationship with key suppliers.
18) Review supplier market condition, price quality and delivery.

Requirements

Requirements :

1) Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.

2) At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3) Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, SAP.

4) Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

5) Experience in fastener or metal commodity will be added advantage.
