We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Radiographer to join our AML Marylebone team.
AML Marylebone situated in central London has acquired a new GE Discovery digital scanner. We are looking for a lead to support the imaging manager and the Centre manager to drive the service forward. Based in the heart of London, Marylebone is a state of the art complex. Our patient mix includes private , research and NHS patients
You will follow our Graduate Preceptorship scheme and you will be working in MRI and or CT During the preceptorship you will work in either CT or MRI and gain experience over a 2-year period. Where possible as part of the scheme we will aim to cross train you.
This will be dependent on progress through your initial modality and availability of services in the area you live/work.
If you are a newly qualified radiographer, then this is the opportunity for you. This is a dynamic role working across all modalities, Alliance Medical have a robust clinical competency framework and can provide the essential training you will need in MRI and or CT. You will follow our Graduate training scheme and clinical competency pathway and be supported on this pathway by our mentors and assessors.
You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCA’s, and administrative staff.
You will also be required to IV cannulate patients as part of the role. Rest assured, should you not have any prior experience in IV cannulation, Alliance Medical will provide full training. Hep B immunisation is necessary for this role.
The hours for this role are 40 hours per week Monday - Sunday
We are inviting applications from Student Radiographers, but to start your role you must hold a BSc/MSc in Radiography or other UK recognised qualification, have a current HCPC Registration and evidence of CPD.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday-Sunday. The scanning days are 12 hours.
