Supply Chain Professional, Supply Planning – Milton-Keynes (Hybrid) – Competitive salary
BT are looking for a Supply Chain Professional, Supply Planning where we’ll empower you, to empower our business units.
As our Supply Chain Professional you will drive customer satisfaction by delivering optimal supply of products ranged by EE & BT then ensuring target levels of product availability.
You will ensure accurate/timely delivery of the weekly supply planning process & associated reporting.

What will the role involve as our Supply Chain Professional?
- CPFR management: Ownership and management of weekly Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment calls with key vendors; Liaison on delivery slots with details including time, date and volume
- Management of a portfolio of products through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process including creating/amending PO’s in SAP.
- Management of IMEI data file accuracy
- Liaison on order confirmations with OEM's and a point of escalation for delivery issues with the warehouse
- Responsible for ensuring warehouse and therefore retail availability for all suppliers managed
- To manage the level of target days of stock holding for a product via specific characteristics for those products managed
- Multi-functional support – provide support to the commercial, accounts payable, deployment, pricing, propositions ranging, care and quality teams.
What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Professional? You may have a variety of the below;
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and influencing skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Significant proven experience of a supply planning environment/FMCG
- Ideally Degree level education
- Understanding of the UK Mobile sector
- Ideally SAP knowledge
- Supply Chain Planning experience
- CIPS a bonus
Why Forecast & Supply Management?
Forecast & Supply Management act as the key interface between Supply Chain and the rest of the business with respect to the management of Device forecasting, supply and its related performance. It also serves as a centre of excellence for insights and recommendation for the impact of commercial deals and the ownership of the overall Consumer Sign Off process for all Consumer related spend activity.
Working hours; 37.5 (Monday to Friday)
