Supply Chain Planning Coordinator

Maternity Cover FTC – up to 14 months

Hybrid Working – 2/3 days per week at Scunthorpe hub

Working Pattern – Saturday & Sunday + 3 weekdays

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Supply Chain team within our UK Poultry division.

This role offers fantastic experience in a fast-paced environment where you will be supported and provided with opportunities to develop your career in the food and manufacturing industry.

You’ll also be responsible for:

· Ensuring ledger and purchase order moves are actioned and communicated.

· Updating the ERP system and CSPD in a timely and accurate manner

· Processing and forecasting data daily from external customer systems into CSPD

· Ensuring reports are updated and shared with key stakeholders

· Working closely with the Customer Engagement and Demand Planning Managers to correct any errors, issues and/or inconsistencies

· Administering operational reporting on our service level achievement and support the Group Planning Managers to drive forward changes within the Site Planning Teams to improve performance where required

· Supporting the management of daily and weekly central operational plans for Primary and Added Value to ensure production efficiency/optimization & product availability

· Administering and coordinating the data detailing site capacity and yield capability within the Central Operational plan

· Daily liaison with the Agriculture, Primary and Added Value site teams to ensure Central Planning are a key part of the process and plan regarding core, promotional and launch/delist product capacity, and volumes

· Creating and administering reporting of plan attainment levels & service to customer / intercompany supply

· Support Central Supply Chain Planning team to deliver and maintain Supply Chain KPI’s and metrics
