About a role:
Based at the luxurious Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel, our leisure attendants are critical in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. No experience is needed for this role, just a desire to be part of a team and take pride in their work.
Due to the growing demand for spa days and private memberships within the club, this role has been introduced to help ensure high service standards are met, which are always expected of our clients.
Ideal Candidate
- A team player who can work alongside leisure and spa colleagues whilst also being proactive in their role
- Deliver outstanding customer care, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and providing a duty of care to all customers.
- Positive and friendly can-do attitude
Key Tasks
- Walk round health and safety checks
- Opening / Closing of the Leisure & Spa facilities
- General cleaning duties of public areas
- Linen Porter tasks - towels
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
