Job description

The Operational team based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital requires a Supply Chain Operative.

You will be responsible for collating the clinical consumable requirements for ward areas by means of electronic bar coding and uploading to a central system.

Good interpersonal, dexterity and numeracy skills are essential and computer literacy would be an advantage, although full training will be given.

The successful candidate needs to be able to work using their own initiative and as part of a team.

The Operational team based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital requires an Operative to work as part of the Supply Chain team.

The role is responsible for receiving, recording and distribution of all deliveries made to the Hospital site.

Good inter-personal, dexterity and numeracy skills are essential and computer literacy would be an advantage, although full training will be given. The role does involve an element of manual handling with the appropriate equipment provided as needed.
