Stantec UK is a global engineering firm which provides a wide range of Landscape Architecture/Design services through our Environmental Consulting Services which supports all our sectors within Stantec UK, namely Water, Energy, Transport, Community Development, Buildings and Architecture. This position will support our environmental consultancy team and you’ll help us to deliver landscape design services for a range of projects, with a focus on the water industry.
Based in our Warrington office, you will be supporting and providing landscape architecture input to consultancy and framework projects. You will predominantly be office based, but undertake field survey work across the UK as required. You will support with landscape and visual impact assessments, prepare landscape planting designs, landscape maintenance or management plans and specifications to accompany planning applications and ecological enhancement plans. You will become a member of our growing environmental team, working collaboratively with town planners, environmental consultants, ecologists, and others.

About you:
- We are looking for candidates that hold an Honours Degree or Diploma or Masters in Landscape Architecture
- You’ll be a member of the Landscape Institute and willing to work towards gaining Chartership
- You will have sound technical knowledge, understanding landscape planting designs, landscape maintenance and management plans, and specifications to accompany planning applications
- Work related experience in would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with support from our graduate training programme.
