We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Operations Manager - Repair to join the Supply Chain Operations team in Derby reporting to the VP Supply Chain Operations.
In this role, you will work impartially to ensure that Repair, Line Replacement Unit (LRU) and Service Used Material (SUM) performance is co-ordinated across the network. You will use standard processes and metrics to drive Repair, LRU and SUM on time delivery by ensuring the plan is executed credibly to support our Customers.

  • Lead the operational drive within the business to credibly execute the plans, ensuring delivery of customer requirements. Ensure that commitment acceptance is deployed and sustained within the value stream.
  • Ensure the ERP system reflects current commitments. Be accountable for ERP compliance within the value stream, using the standard mandated Work Instruction, ensuring robustness of plans through high integrity data.
  • Ensure robust plans are in place to facilitate supplier recovery. Ensure awareness within the value streams of delivery issues, mitigations and recovery plans.
