You will be integral apart of representing our global end-to-end solutions in the world with initial focus on UK and Europe.

The Supply Chain Manager (d/m/f) will be responsible for purchasing, managing inventory levels, forecasting and customer service for our External Brands projects. This includes the development of resource planning tools and procedures and improving processes related to supply chain and day to day operations.

This is a Full-Time, remote position. The successful applicant must reside in either the United Kingdom or Europe. Candidate should be fluent in English and also considered an asset if fluent in German and/or Dutch. Preference will also be given to strong candidates from Germany.

Specifically, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:

• People Leadership, align team roles and goals to overall objectives of the organization;
• Support the team in mapping and improving procurement, customer services and logistics processes;
• Assisting cross functionally with project development and finance teams to meet necessary reporting requirements; handling administrative tasks as they relate to the responsibilities;
• 3PL and Vendor Relationship Management, address customer queries related to supply chain concerns on a daily basis including delivery timelines, returns, damages, etc;
• Inventory & Logistics Process Oversight, ensure a continuous availability of products and on-time delivery to customers, balanced with efficient use of capital;
• Assessing and managing inventory levels in warehouse to ensure continuity of supply; regularly coordinated internal audits;
• Monitoring sales and suppliers to provide delivery dates and shipping information;
• Invoice reconciliation support to project teams and finance as it relates to inventory;
• Liaising with marketing and analyzing sales forecast and backorders reports to ensure availability of products;
• Developing internal and vendor KPIs and tools to track performance;
• Research and Compliance, managing process of import/export of duty suspended goods, and goods subject to excise tax;
• Supporting the development and launch of all new external brand projects in the supply chain capacity; and continued development of product knowledge in relation to Beer, Wines and Spirits.
• Regular assessment and support in contracting with global 3PLs to ensure top tier quality of service to BlackSquare’s enterprise clients and consumers.

What you bring

• 4+ years of Inventory, procurement/supply chain experience

• 1+ years in customer support

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with forecasting inventory, international shipping, importing/exporting

• Post-Secondary Education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree

• Analytical and technical skills, intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred)
