WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Supply chain and Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Redditch and reporting into our Supply chain Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the release of new products, initiatives or changes in service from inception to completion. This is an exciting unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business and closely with key stakeholders from our commercial, marketing, product, tech and customer services teams.
Working days: Tuesday- Saturday

YOU WILL
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operational processing tasks of recipe box and ready to go orders
- Work with production to ensure availability of all information to run production efficiently.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day supply chain coordination activities including supplier queries and goods in issues
- Work with all suppliers to coordinate orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate the inbound supply chain for dry, fresh and frozen goods - working with our Commercial and Stock Control teams.
- Ensure deliveries are received correctly by our co-packers - including booking in deliveries and scheduling the Goods-In team to unload trailers.
- Work with our Quality Control team to ensure that inbound deliveries are correctly received, labelled and that there is clear communication which locations they should be unloaded into.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
