We have an exciting job opportunity for two Supply Chain Managers to join the team dedicated to delivering a first-class customer and stakeholder experience and working collaboratively to achieve fantastic results! As the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain of recruitment agencies across Bank Partners.

Bank Partners (part of Acacium Group) are an established, reputable multi-award-winning business who provide high-quality, independent staffing and services to some of the largest trusts in the NHS. We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we support staff shortages across the wards, seamlessly and efficiently. Our highly skilled healthcare professionals work with us because we’re able to offer them opportunities at some of the most prestigious NHS and NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK.

Every day you will…

  • Source potential framework-compliant agencies for specific resourcing shortages.
  • Arranging and leading quarterly review meetings on key agency performance with relevant Business Development, Finance, and Recruitment contacts
  • Work closely with the selected suppliers and stakeholders, devising implementation plans to mobilize new contracts to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Generate KPI analysis on supplier performance and process adherence which can be presented to internal and external stakeholders.
  • New agency management, including system access, process and procedures, and compliance with Framework and Rates
