POSITION
Rotative Counts & Financial Stock Take
- Support the Logistics Manager in organising financial stock takes and rotative inventories for all the Stores
- Monthly follow up on Rotative counts
- Prepare weekly inventory reports to monitor Store performance
- Compile Store feedback and suggest actions and solutions
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Monitor reverses flow, product requests, and compliance rate
- Support with customs declarations and processes
- HO contact for stock requests, store transfers, Max levels/replenishment and orders follow up (finished goods and packaging)
- Monitor delivery time of arrival, delivery planning, delivery discrepancies, stock team efficiency and in-store process.
- Assist Store openings, relocations and events (such as caravans or pop ups) (product need to be confirmed, organising new delivery flow, in-store operational set up, building workforce …)
In Store Support & Tools
- Coordinate Store visits with Logistic Manager to make sure the operational standards are maintained
- Help remind stores of stock operating procedures and ensure all stores are aligned
- Monitor stock levels
- Support in Xstore system migration / support with system issues
- Be time efficient and service focused with relation to lists/insights/analysis needed
- Raise PO’s for providers and follow up on invoices once service is completed
- Collect and share best practices amongst stock community
- Prepare and help facilitate Stock Academy
- Ensure you remain abreast of Company Internal Controls, updating the necessary procedures and store teams as appropriate
- Support operational teams in stores when required
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare Stock KPIs reporting and performing a first analysis
- Preparing presentations and reports for the Weekly Newsletter
- Keep track of store claim forms and follow up with investigations
- Contributing on ad-hoc logistics projects
- Support with Staff sale operations and preparation
- Follow up on all omnichannel orders, E-commerce and B2B products flows
- Responsible for ensuring the timely administration and submission of the necessary paperwork to facilitate the transfer of stocks across the region (exotics, hazardous material, high jewellery – for example)
- Keep a track on transport budget & invoices coding
- Monitor and follow-up stock pictures for SAP virtual locations
PROFILE
The role of the Supply Chain & Logistics Intern is to be an ambassador of the Brand and provide administrative and reporting support pertaining to logistics & operations for the UK, Ireland & South Africa network. You will assist and support the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager in ensuring optimisation of operations so as to positively impact sales, service and stock management within the retail stores

Additional Requirements
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites specifically Microsoft Excel
- Proficient user of SAP
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly and efficiently. You will be required to use multiple systems daily, therefore strong IT skills are essential
- You will be in constant contact with our Stores and with different contacts within the UK team and Zone (Supply Chain EMEA, RPM, Finance, Marketing, Warehouses…)
