About the Role: As a Supply Chain Junior at Uniserve, you will play a vital role in organizing all aspects of transport and logistics between our customer and their suppliers, and customers. Your responsibilities will include liaising with all relevant personnel to ensure world-class service levels are maintained. Here's what you'll be doing:
Personal Requirements:
- Maintain and build good working relationships with all customers.

- Remain flexible and open-minded to change, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Ability to work accurately to fixed deadlines while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Real-time forward planning.
- Maintain swift real-time communications both internally and externally.
- Be competent with MS Office, all customs and port systems, and processes relevant to the role.
- Responsible for effective timekeeping.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage all transport requirements into and out in coordination with the customer service and planning teams.
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of finished goods from our customer to its customers, using our customers software SAP.
- Co-ordinate the receipt of inbound goods from our customers suppliers.
- Prepare import/export customs clearance as required, including any necessary documentation.
- Keep track of all CHEP pallet dispatches from our customer and input them onto CHEP's site.
- Control receipt and storage of PODs for all transport shipments completed for our customer.
- Attend and participate in the daily call with our customer.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Comply with H&S, QMS, and EMS documentation and processes.
- Maintain professionalism, approachability, and friendliness toward customers and staff always.
Security & Safety: AEO requires a high level of understanding regarding security & safety measures. You will need to ensure:
- Building security
- Access Controls
- Cargo security
- Procedures for handling import/export licenses
- Personnel security
- Office equipment for staff directly under your responsibility
Personal Demands:
- The ability to work under pressure on-site, always surrounded by the customer.
- Occasional heavy lifting and travel may be required.
