About the Role
Day to day tasks will include:
- Processing of sales orders into UK retailers and for International markets, to ensure stock gets to the right place on time.
- Daily communication with retailers to ensure that all information on shortages, delays & order queries are resolved as a priority.
- Communicating with 3PL (Third Party Logistics Company) on a daily basis to ensure stock is collected & delivered as expected, dealing with any problems that arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Build & maintain strong relationships outside the business, with key stakeholder management internally.
- Raising all required documentation for both UK & International markets, liaising with local authority offices and validating shipping information.
- Raising Purchase Orders and managing lead-times with suppliers for bespoke International markets.
- Maintain database of “Proof of Delivery” PODs. Chasing any documents that are missing to ensure records are as complete as possible.
- Produce regular simple reporting (typically on PowerPoint) to help explain operational performance.

About You
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Supply Chain Executive, who wants to join our fast-paced team and make a real difference. As a Supply Chain Executive you will be a key member of our team supporting the Supply Chain function with day to day tasks in an innovative, fun, office environment that maintains the highest levels of integrity. You will have a flexible, open mindset, with a proactive, problem-solving focus.
The purpose of the Supply Chain Executive will be to provide a consistent and precise level of support to the business, ensuring that our products get to customers on time and in full.
You’ll need to have good communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will need to be able to problem solve and know when to escalate issues that may impact on the successful completion of projects.
You will be a highly organised and talented individual looking for an exciting new challenge. This is a fast-paced business with year on year growth, both in the UK and Internationally. You will be dealing with the warehouse alongside internal teams and customers, so communication is key to this role.
Background in Supply Chain is not essential however, knowledge on systems and exporting is desirable but not essential.
