Supply Chain Coordinator
£28,524 annual pay
Your normal working hours are 40 hours per week, 9.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday

At Délifrance UK, we are very proud of the delicious bread that we make in our Southall factory. We supply the major UK retailers and food service outlets with premium speciality baked goods, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We work 12 hour shifts on a 3 on, 3 off alternating day and night shift pattern. Because of growing demand for our artisan breads, we would love you to come and join our Production team to help us make, bake and pack our fantastic products.
Main responsibilities
Principle Tasks
· Managing the inbound and outbound stock movements of frozen finished goods within all associated UK warehouse platforms and updating the relevant system platform:
· Verifying and confirming stock movements made via each relevant platform
· Organizing and ensuring consistent and timely availability of accurate paperwork
· Ensuring dispatch paperwork is correct to Customer requirements
· Producing standard Management Reports and KPIs on request
· Solving stock issues in liaison with Warehouse Operations Team
· Assisting stock taking process when required
· Scanning, filing and archiving
· Order Receipt and Distribution:
· Receipt, planning and booking of orders to enable successful daily distribution
· Relevant coordination with Hauliers and Customer representatives where necessary
· Creating logistics route schedules
Administration:
· Daily processing of delivered orders to initiate Invoicing
· Earnest investigation of all claims received, through to completion
· Accurate verification of transport Invoices
· Management of pooled pallets
· Obtaining and processing proof of delivery documentation
· Ensuring accurate costing of direct and primary distribution
· Receiving and managing all Third Party Bookings
· Accurate UK product stock replenishment into internal / external storage
· Stock reconciliation
· Reporting of stockholding in 3PL platforms
· Stationary ordering
Raw materials stock management:
· Liaising with Purchasing team and reporting Central Stores stock levels for daily replenishment purposes
· Maintain and report supplier's pallet balance sheet
· Source suppliers certificate of conformance and provide assistance during customers audits
· Under the direction of Warehousing Manager, become part of a supply chain Team to ensure and provide our Customer base the best possible service with a service level in excess of 98.5% annually:
· Work together to ensure a satisfactory service level is reached for the whole UK Customer base
· Strive to become a multi skilled member of the Supply Chain Team
· Other duties as may be required from time to time as directed by Supply Chain operations team.
· Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures at all times
· Import / export Post Brexit
The Person
· High level of analytical skill
· Good planning and organizational skills
· Relevant stock control and distribution experience
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications
· Effectively communicate in English (both verbally and in writing) and to understand requests from all levels and external people
