An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Aero Services Programme team in the Rolls-Royce Defence business as a Supply Chain Coordinator supporting EJ200 customers and operators around the World.
The role is primarily accountable for ensuring that the customer hardware requirements are fully understood and that cost effective and sustainable solutions are in place to meet these requirements.

What you will be doing:
You will interface between the customer, MRO and Forecasting teams to understand the strategic and tactical programme requirements.
- Ensure that these requirements are being actively pro-actively managed, anticipate and address potential delays and escalate issues which cannot be directly.
- Manage delivery of contracted hardware from Rolls-Royce to customer.
- Work with customer teams to identify changes in requirements and coordinate supply chain responses and/or forecast stimulants, including balance between repair and new production.
- Act as a point-of-escalation for the Eurojet and RSAF programmes and attend face-to-face customer meetings to represent Rolls-Royce if required.
- Measure performance to customer contract requirements and provide information to support customer / business reviews.
- Maintain Parts Policy Documents for each programme based on their Business Requirements Documents as well as Value Stream capability.
- Deputise for SCOM where appropriate and provide guidance to the Customer Order Controllers to aid effective decision making and order management.
