Job description

The Culligan business has recently merged with Waterlogic and we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing EMEA supply chain team. In this role you will coordinate supply chain activities and collaborate with internal customers to ensure we provide a high level of customer service. You will also support the team to identify continuous ways to improve and ensure we are adopting and following best practice supply chain processes.

As our EMEA Supply Chain Coordinator, you will report directly to our EMEA Senior Fulfilment planner. This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work from our business site located in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to explore a different business or industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options
  • Handle and investigate any order fulfilment or delivery issues
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date throughout the order process
  • Liaise with our third-party logistic companies, resolve queries and provide updates when required
  • Management of all administration tasks, ensuring efficiently and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Accurate data processing into relevant company systems

Key skills:

  • Previous experience working within a Supply Chain/logistics environment
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet business demand and deadlines
  • Team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative
  • Computer literate with an interest in learning new systems
