Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Using Oracle to maintain and improve key processes within the Logistics department. This includes liaison across the whole Logistics team and supply chain to understand and suggest enhancements to daily activities
- Effectively be able to perform a diverse range of activities across Logistics (Goods Inwards) to support the continuous improvement of the department in line with objectives
- Be able to effectively use Information Technology software to support and enhance the logistics service level delivery
- Display a vision for improvement opportunities and appropriately suggest, engage, plan and deliver
- Some specialist activity, depending on requirements, whereby you become a subject matter expert displaying knowledge and resolutions to challenges
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Proven customer service experience with exposure to a fast pace working environment
- Experience working within procurement, buying, or planning
- Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
- Systems experience - strong Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable
- Oracle ERP advantageous
- Experience with continuous improvement strategies
- Exposure to a logistics/manufacturing environment

The Logistics Team:
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator for the Logistics Team you will report to the Logistics Lead and be responsible for supporting the delivery of service level agreements, and maintenance and improvement of current processes and procedures. You will interface with internal teams and functions to meet the requirements of the business.
