Job Title: Shift Manager/Supervisor 40Hrs Per week
Duties:
We are looking for a Shift Manager who has a proven track record in supervising and motivating employees in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Manager is responsible for the safety of customers at all times, and will be required to work directly with the team to create a positive, welcoming and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Ready Food Delivery timelines.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area., and maintain an organized, stocked work area.
- Respond to customer needs in a friendly and timely manner.
- Ample time management skills.
- Effective communication with supervisors, managers and staff.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to resolve conflict with customers and co-workers.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other managers to optimize productivity and efficiency- Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations- Prepare reports on shift activities, including sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
