About the Role
We are currently looking for a Supervisor/Key Holder for our Camper store in London; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Camper Supervisor, your mission will be focus on sales and customer service tasks as well as oversee all the operations of the store so that it achieves the best level of efficiency.
We’re counting on you to offer the full experience of the brand to our omnichannel consumers, contributing to attaining the objectives in terms of sales, service and growth established by the Company.
Your main tasks will be:
Customer Experience: Our customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
- Team Management: Camper people are the key asset at Camper! You will be taking on the role of co-leader within the team. Assist in the recruitment process and training activities, acting as a referent for the sales team.
- Business Results & Efficiency: Support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.
Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
- Operations & Procedures: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.

About You
You are our perfect match if:
- You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- You have minimum 1 years of experience working in contact with people.
- You are flexible and available to work full-time.
- You stress the importance of customer centricity and you have a strong omnichannel orientation.
- You inspire people and have a strong team spirit and great energy.
- You are a great communicator and are highly results oriented.
- You can speak fluent English. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
