We expect that our Supervisors help to lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store’s success in the following ways:
- Represent The North Face brand and Ellis Brigham’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Sharing your passion and confidence for The North Face products with customers
- Coach, lead and motivate the Team to ensure our continual success
- Learn about our products and technologies to inspire our customers
- Always maintain high shop floor visual standards
- Actively take part in mentoring the team
- Successfully handle customer queries and complaints
- Drive sales by understanding the store’s targets and using them for daily brief
- Process advanced till transactions, deliveries, and shop floor re-stock
- Follow store standards, policies, and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.45 per hour

- Sheffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
