THE POSITION
This is a critical supporting role required to track our performance, analyse the market needs and deliver valuable insights and business improvements to enhance our customer engagements strategy and ensure sales productivity and effectiveness are optimised to meet business objectives. We are looking for a cross functional collaborator who has experience working with field teams and internal business units. A team player who is looking to be hands on, get involved and make a difference. This role will require someone who is able to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure and is ideal for someone looking to develop into a Manager level role.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage our end to end incentive process for the field force bonus payments including manual calculations, processing, dealing with sales queries, communication and uploading data into our scorecard system.
- Provides input to strategic direction on reward and recognition.
- Provide support in the management of the Elite Performer Scheme to recognise and reward top performers appropriately.
- Continually review the definition of activity levels including the field-based allocation of target call rates and productivity metrics.
- Ensure the smooth running of our peer-to-peer recognition platform
- Support the management of sales processes by analysing current practices and identifying improvements to the overall sales strategy.
- Review internal processes for tracking and reporting on our field force resource.
- Develop and update field force Intranet content to better support our team
- Support with a wide range of sales processes such as spot prize, AV spend, role progression, field performance alignment and compensation.
- Introduce innovative new sales tools that help with coaching, market access, technological improvements, data access.
- Field force communication planning to ensure individuals are informed, engaged and have access to critical information.
- Various reporting tasks with the ability to interpret analytics and communicate insights
- Provide support in decision-making processes. Observe the critical areas such as customer segmentation, environmental insights, sales resource optimisation, talent development and motivation.
- Provide support to the influencer management program for field based key stakeholders for BI
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of working alongside field teams
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Advanced data and analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments
- Ability to understand internal reports, monitor and interrogate trends, share insights
