As a Supervisor at our Flagship Store in Covent Garden, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and leadership on the shop floor, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to achieve the store's commercial goals . You’ll help customers tell their own stories through the jewellery they create, using your expertise and product knowledge to drive sales and establish strong relationships to ensure the long-term success of the business.
Here's some of what you'll do in a typical week:
- Assist with the delivery of an exceptional customer experience in your store
- Achievement of all commercial KPIs including sales, average order value, conversion, data collection, sales from repeat customers, etc
- Assist in coaching teams to help them achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Work with the store management team to deliver the clienteling strategy for your store and team
- Consistent delivery of the Vashi customer journey in-store and throughout the consultation and purchase process.
- Coach and develop your teams to deliver a commercially focused customer experience, centered on customer needs, but also link, cross, and up-selling.
- Hit company service KPIs including mystery shopping, customer satisfaction scores, and store reviews.
- Lead the store shop floor team throughout the day, ensuring appropriate shop floor coverage to deliver a customer experience
- Feedback to store management on service observations and coaching needs
- Deliver on-the-spot coaching to shop floor team members on service delivery and commercial actions
Who you are:
- You’ll have an entrepreneurial approach, flexible and adaptable to the needs of our fast-growing business
- Commercially minded and customer focused, you are detail oriented and understand the drivers of a business
- You’ll have a proven track record of achieving sales targets within a luxury retail or customer experience focussed environment
- A good understanding of what luxury customer service is and how to deliver it
- Experience of clienteling
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards
