Base location - Brownhills, WS8 7DG
Salary - £11.81ph (£24,564.80)
Current role holders can earn between £36,000 - £43,000 with all of the extras included

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Weekends as required plus a shared out of hours emergency call out rota system

It’s why we’re looking for someone who sees the world in a similar way, to take up an exciting Supervisor role in our Industrial Services team to work on our clients' sites nationally.
What will you be doing?
You will be managing teams of 7 / 8 industrial operatives undertaking such tasks as;
- Storage tank/vessel cleaning under confined space regulations
- High Pressure Water Jetting, pressure in excess of 10000 psi
- Plant Shutdowns
- Chemical Emergency Response
- Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning
- Confined Space & Working at Height Rescue Services
You will be responsible for promoting the company health and safety, managing(in-person), training, mentoring and motivating your teams.
You must be willing to:
- Adhere to our safe systems of work
- Travel and work away from home for extensive periods of time
- Ensure cleaning operatives are following Health & Safety procedures and be accountable for your team
- Work at Height, in confined spaces and in unfamiliar hazardous environments
- Participate in the Veolia Emergency Response / Cascade duty rota system
- Carry out regular Health & Safety inspections.
- Liaise between the site, customer, office, suppliers and contractors
- Obtain, record and collate proof of delivery, such as photographs and client sign off
- Maintain accurate records of the hired plant
- Control delivery notes and invoice records for all materials and equipment delivered
- Control Waste Regulation documentation
What are we looking for?
- Must have a proven background in supervising teams ideally in an industrial cleaning environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Hold IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification.
- Have an understanding of transport law & drivers hour regulations
- First Aid at Work, Safety Passport, Mobile Elevated Work Platform, Forklift Truck
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and competence of working at height, in confined spaces with experience of using high-pressure water jetting equipment is desirable
