Are you an experienced Residential Night Support Worker who would like to work for a values led organisation?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Night Support Worker with a good initiative and excellent communication skills to join our busy and friendly team at our Independent Approved Premises in Bradford.
You will work through the night as part of a team providing support at all times and enforcement of rules when necessary to clients residing at the IAP. In particular to monitor and encourage compliance, door duties, guide, advise and supervise clients. You will provide a safe and engaging home and model pro social behaviour. Your professional and flexible nature will allow you to positively impact on those who you support and the rest of the team around you, allowing you to flourish and develop in this diverse and rewarding role.

We have a great opportunity available for a Residential Night Support Worker based in Bradford on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,083 per annum as well as other generous benefits which include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help to create and maintain a positive culture of respect in all work with both clients and colleagues
- Actively engage with clients and provide opportunities to do so including preparation of supper and breakfast
- Contribute to the delivery of the sentence plan in conjunction with colleagues in probation, the police and other external agencies
- Provide admin and other support to colleagues, particularly in the preparation, facilitation and evaluation of purposeful activities
- Follow protocols, encouraging compliance and taking enforcement action as necessary, in particular around drug and alcohol testing requirements and curfews
- Ensure that colleagues, multi-agency partners and management are informed and updated as necessary
- Actively monitor and maintain the health, safety, security, cleanliness and hygiene of the IAP and the well-being of its occupants, conducting door duties, utilising information sharing, CCTV, direct observation, inspection, personal contact and other methods, as appropriate

Our Independent Approved Premises provides support for clients, with up to 17-bed spaces at Box Tree Cottage. We are a small and friendly team who have a passion for helping individuals with complex needs to help them develop life skills, enabling them to turn their lives around.
