The company was first established in 1938 as a manufacturer of work wear and outerwear. The Trespass brand was created in 1984 and since then our store growth has been swift and continues to grow both in the UK and internationally, so now is an excellent time come and join us on our journey and progress within the business.
The Role
We are looking to bring someone on board who will:
-Assist the Management team in setting up the store to maximise business performance.
-Help increase sales through strong Customer Service.
-Supervise a small team of Sales Assistants and help them develop customer service skills.
-Act as supervisor-in-charge on certain days, when alternate management is not in.
-Resolve customer conflicts and issues with support from alternate management and HO Customer Services.
Responsibilities
-Customer Service: using product knowledge to assist customers in finding the product that fits their needs.
-Till Working: understanding of till procedures and payment taking in all in-person manners.
-Stock Working: understanding of merchandising plan, and following layout designs, suggesting changes where appropriate.
-Delivery Processing: following sign off procedure to ensure accurate stock intake, hanging and tagging stock, then filtering out onto shop floor
-Team Management: supervising and supporting a small team of Sales Assistants.
-Visual Merchandising: consistently dressing the stock across the floor to make products look more appealing to the customer, making sure it is easy to shop through.
-Health & Safety: when alternate management is not in, making sure you follow the appropriate steps in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £5.01-£9.70 per hour

Communal surfaces and till area are kept clean in line with Head Office requirements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Whiteley, PO15 7PD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
