After spending 6 years building an institution founded upon the pillars of bagels, espresso and doughnuts, The Steamhouse has now stretched its wings and launched a store in the beautiful Oxford!!!

We are on the hunt for our next Supervisor Superstar to join The Steamhouse Dream Team. We are looking for an individual with intrinsic communication skills, someone who will be able to motivate and inspire their team, and act as fundamental support to their Store Manager. Additionally, a love for all things food and beverage related is absolutely integral for the role.

As the Supervisor of The Steamhouse in Oxford, you will be responsible for:

  • Working along side and supporting the management team in all day-to-day operations of the business
  • Leading from the front; motivating and developing the Front of House team in all aspects of service
  • Maintaining systems to ensure that operational procedures are kept up to standard
  • Making certain that all products that leave the kitchen or the business are up to brand standard, and training your team to do the same
  • Ensuring that there is enough staff to fulfil all roles everytime you are on duty
  • Delivering the highest standard of customer service
  • Ensuring that the business as a whole remains compliant and safe with HSE regulations, along-side other managers, to protect all team and guests.
  • Deputising other manager position to cover any holiday or sickness
