Calling Wizards, Witches, Mages, and Experienced Hospitality Staff who love positive customer interactions and a bit of fun!
We are currently looking for a strong & responsible Supervisor to join our team and oversee our Front of House staff. You will also need to ensure the smooth operation of the venue as well as strict adherence to our standards of service and delivery of a one of a kind experience. A good position for someone stepping up from supervision into their first management role.
You will be at the heart and soul of our venue to ensure the smooth daily running of our innovative Potions Experience (cocktails) and seasonal events.
The supervisor of this venue will get the benefit of a fun and varied role and lead a staff who run experiences that make our customers extremely happy and excited. A love of fantasy and magic would be a bonus, but not essential, and the most important thing here is experience and a hands-on management style.

Experience in hospitality is a must & amazing customer services skills is essential! A personal license is a plus.
Main Duties will include, but not limited to:
Operations
Maintaining venue operations, the general experience and the atmosphere during service
Day-to-day runnings and maintenance. Adhering to company regulations and recommended service formats/procedures in order to deliver the high end product our patrons have come to expect from The Cauldron Brighton.
Facilitating the appropriate “magical atmosphere” created by the staff and venue.
Management
Oversee day-to-day operations
Working closely with General Manager to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively policy with staff
Maintain company standards
Oversight on all opening and closing procedures
Stock control and deliveries
Staff
Managing staff through their daily service routines
Knowledge of roles performed within the venue
Hiring staff when necessary (in conjunction with other senior staff members)
Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures, taking appropriate disciplinary procedures if/where necessary
Ensuring staff are clocked in and out and are arriving on time
Ensuring staff well being
Hours: We are open to a range of working hours, but please note we do operate evenings and weekend and you will be expected to work during these times.
Experience
Hospitality or customer service: 1 year (required)
