How we imagine you:
We are seeking passionate people with attention to detail that are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in fashion. You should have a track record of commerciality, people management and an understanding of customer service. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi task between your key responsibilities.
What we expect from you:
Our Supervisor's ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of their department .Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor and analyze commercial and product data to improve the sales and productivity of your store
- Oversee all your store operational tasks
- Motivate and develop your team
- Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
