About you:
Are you someone with an outgoing personality, who loves to interact with customers? Are you energetic, bubbly and a natural at engaging with our Ninja guests?
Have you got previous experience of leading a team and a good understanding of running a commercial kitchen including compliance, food safety, allergens, stock control and COSHH?
Are you flexible with shift patterns and available at weekends and public holidays?
Key Responsibilities:
The day to day running of the venue, including opening and closing.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service ensuring the delivery of all points of our customer promise are being upheld.
Supervision, training and corrective coaching of all staff.
Inventory management and stock control to par levels, GP and stocktake process.
Ensure and oversee the scheduled maintenance and cleaning of equipment including industrial fryers.
To have a fun and positive attitude, promoting high staff morale and an excellent working environment as part of a team.
To aid customers where required, ensuring a professional and helpful attitude.
To assist the General Manager and Management team by completing tasks provided which will include staff training, increasing efficiency, accuracy and standards of service.
