Are you looking to start your career? Join the industry leading and award winning Bestway field sales team? Full training is provided and we will develop your skillset and career as a professional Sales Rep.
About the Role:
You will be joining the 'Grocer’s Logistic Supplier of the Year Winner’ (2019), your main responsibility is to deliver a fantastic service to our extensive customer base and represent both Bestway Wholesale and brand leading manufacturers selling our vast range of market leading FMCG products.
You will be allocated your own local territory and a van, tablet and phone, enjoying the freedom to drive your own success, you’ll take your career in sales to the next level with the UK’s largest independent food and drinks wholesale group. Letting your customer service skills shine, you’ll build strong relationships to understand and meet your customer’s individual needs.
Our 3-week in depth and professional training programme will give you all the skills, knowledge and confidence you will need to succeed. You could soon find yourself following set journey schedules and making planned and unscheduled sales visits to retailers, delivering unrivalled service to your customers. Your role will involve growing existing sales and developing new business across your sales territory, cash handling and stock management.

About You:
You will know what great service looks like and share our passion for providing customers with the right products. You must have a full UK driving licence and the motivation to exceed sales targets. A self-motivated team player and confident communicator, with a can-do attitude, you should also be passionate about building strong customer relationships.
Representing some of the biggest global FMCG brands, including KP, Cadbury’s (Mondelez), McVitie’s, Mars, Tayto, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Britvic, Fox’s, Wrigley’s, Ferrero, Seabrooks, Haribo, Tangerine, Chupa Chups, Fruittella, Mentos, Red Bull, InBev, Molson Coors, Burtons and many, many more, your customers will look forward to your regular and reliable visit.
