About You:
We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic Supervisor to join one of our Management Teams to assist in the daily operations of the store/department. The ideal candidate should have Team Leader/Supervisory experience in a similar retail environment.
You would be leading a team to provide a magical experience for all customers who visit the store.
You are confident to get ‘hands on’ with visual merchandising and ensuring the store/department is looking great at all times.
You should be passionate about team development and thrive in coaching and training; including providing positive and constructive feedback where necessary.
It is essential to be part of a team, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
Experience in the toy industry is ideal but not essential.
