You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You’ll love to be the person who meets and greets everyone who visits our cinemas making them feel like valued customers.
As a Supervisor, you'll be helping the Management team to grow the team and the customer base. Working in a cinema is great fun but requires a professional, flexible and adaptable outlook in order to manage a wide range of challenges and enhance our customer's sense of escape.
You must have experience in supervising or leading a team in a customer-facing environment and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. As well as recruiting, developing and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and financial results along with sharing with the management team the responsibilities of Health & Safety, Box Office Duties, Retail Stand Duties and Floor & Door Duties.
In this role PERSONALITY is key! We want to see positive, outgoing individuals with a genuine love of working with customers!
