JOB DESCRIPTION
Unit: Bunkers Swansea
Hours: 32-45 hours
Role : Supervisor
Responsible to: Assistant General Manager/ General Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Day to day running of the venue, including opening and closing at the advised times ensuring high standards of professionalism throughout the shift. Engage in positive interaction with customers, ensuring a enjoyable and interactive customer journey.
-Ensuring an excellent customer journey from booking to departure with high standards throughout.
- To aid with and partake in staff training as a team and individually, catering to the needs of the staff.
- To fully co-operate with all team members to ensure job satisfaction, providing assistance and guidance where required with a caring and helpful attitude. To have a positive and fun outlook that reflects in the work produced. To assist in creating an environment that promotes positive staff morale and encourages staff to have pride in their work.
-To provide assistance to any customer where required, portraying a professional and helpful attitude.
- To assist the Assistant General Manager & other member of management in tasks given to them, including staff training to ensure consistently high standards of service and improve efficiency.
