We are currently looking for a motivated Brand Executive to join our team!
Purpose of Role
To effectively support the brand management of our spirit brands under the guidance of the Brand Manager. This involves assisting with brand development, including packaging development, communication planning & execution, promotional activity and PR within the allocated brand budget. This part of the role will focus on driving value from the volume, predominantly through NPD initiatives, and by delivery of annual brand plans and toolkits for implementation within identified core target markets. There will also be an element of marketing operations and admin support.
Main Responsibilities
- To support the development global brand plans that will deliver to commercial business targets by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This will include:
- To support the management of the creative development process in line with brand strategy and positioning
- To support in developing engaging global content across various channels
- Assist with obtaining and analysing information relating to markets to develop key brand objectives and provide strategic marketing direction for the Company as well as supporting the analysis of the monthly brand performance
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to create effective brand toolkits with assets which can be used in global markets and channels
- To support various new product development projects with cross functional project teams through our stage gate process from initiation to launch to post-launch review
- To champion the brand point of sale strategy and manage POS. This includes:
- sourcing of POS materials from new supplies and managing existing ones
- improving quality and value of POS items
- auditing and rationalising stocks and effectively managing all aspects of process
- To support the ongoing development of brand experience within our brand home(s) including the tours, retail offering, merchandise and on-site branding
- Management of brand competition entries. Managing a calendar of annual entries and ensuring competitions entries are on time and sample stock supplied. Ongoing evaluation of perceived value and importance of competitions entered.
- Management of updates of ad hoc content to Brand Knowledge Bank (BKB), focusing on awards medals but supporting brand areas as and when required.
- Supporting the marketing team on a day to day basis where appropriate, which can include the raising and tracking of POs and budget tracker management
- Processing and tracking of all sample requests, including monitoring sample request spend against brand budgets

Scope of Role
The Brand Executive will be required to work closely with the Brand Manager to achieve the agreed objectives of the Brand Plans, successfully implement and measure key marketing initiatives.
Working Conditions
- This is a hybrid role with home and office-based working.
- You will be required to work additional hours as necessitated by the needs of the business.
Personal Profile
- Educated to degree level preferably in marketing/business.
- 1-2 years experience in product/brand/marketing management role – preferably within FMCG/drinks industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L
- Strong commercial reporting skills.
- Analytical, creative and innovative.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Good influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM).

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
