Full Time/Permanent - Immedite start
£27,000 basic + Bonus, OTE £29,700
Milton Keynes
My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Milton Keynes.
Paying a basic salary of £27,000 with a bonus of up to 10% (£2700, throughout the year)

What you will be doing as our Customer Service Advisor…
Your role will require you to provide first-line customer service support in relation to any questions they may have. This will done over a range of platforms whether that be over the phone, email or live chat. You will also assist customers with their queries or if further information is required to resolve the matter, you will ensure that this is directed to the relevant department, ensuring that the matter is resolved for our customer.
This role would require you to cover weekends on a rota basis.
What we are looking for in our Customer Service Advisor…
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to be an effective and professional communicator via email and live chat, you should be passionate about customer service and are committed to delivering an excellent experience for customers.
You will need to have experience working within a customer service role, but most of all,you must have a great attitude and a hunger to learn and develop.
