In People and Organisation, we support clients to attract, develop and retain a market-leading workforce. Whether that’s looking for solutions around employee reward, the makeup and shape of the workforce or the development of a pension strategy, we work with clients at all stages of their employee lifecycle, helping to build and retain a high performing workforce and HR function. Our team of over 10,000 Human Resource (HR) specialists across 138 countries are working with clients every day to build a workforce equipped for the future. What you'll need
You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or
you’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; and
you'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
