PwC
Full Time London, England 35000 - 52000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

We help our clients stay ahead of the changes that impact their business. Equipped with the scale of a seamlessly connected global network, we’re where they need us - delivering deep tax technical expertise, while providing the critical context to help make informed and compliant decisions that drive their operations forward. At a global and local level, we design best-in-class integrated tax and legal strategies that empower clients to move from complexity to execution.

Our expertise covers every conceivable area of taxation. Our tax experts proactively engage in the tax policy debate and are focused on leading views and new ideas. Your knowledge will help high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses, understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. Our people need to be flexible and ready to build strong relationships, networks and leadership skills.

People & Organisation

In People and Organisation, we support clients to attract, develop and retain a market-leading workforce. Whether that’s looking for solutions around employee reward, the makeup and shape of the workforce or the development of a pension strategy, we work with clients at all stages of their employee lifecycle, helping to build and retain a high performing workforce and HR function. Our team of over 10,000 Human Resource (HR) specialists across 138 countries are working with clients every day to build a workforce equipped for the future. Technology and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on deploying the very best business, technological and human intelligence to solve complex workplace problems.

Programme

Our summer internships offer students invaluable insight into PwC's business and culture. You'll have the opportunity to experience work and life at PwC, and collaborate with both graduate trainees and experienced professionals on real client projects. The opportunities to learn and grow are unrivalled - so be prepared to get stuck in.

What you'll do

Workforce Strategy & Culture (WS&C) is part of our People & Organisation team within Tax.

The team help organisations cultivate thriving workforces fit for the future. From strategy right the way through to execution, we are here to help organisations transform and enable their workforces to deliver business strategy.

We add value to our clients by supporting their leaders and people through change and optimising their workforce right across the organisation, not just within the HR function.

Together, we can take to our clients an integrated offer that includes:

  • Organisation design
  • Strategic workforce planning and people strategy
  • Change, communications and culture
  • Employee experience
  • People data and analytics
  • Inclusion and diversity
  • Employee and talent enablers
  • Leadership Development and Upskilling

What you'll need

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or
you’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; and
you'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

When to apply

Although there is no application deadline, each year we have only a small number of roles available. We therefore advise applying early, but please be prepared for a short wait in processing your application at each stage of our process while we consider your application alongside others.
