Team Overview:
The Investor Accounting and Finance team (“IAF”) is the client service division of the LaSalle finance function. We are responsible for a wide range of services for our clients, including but not limited to management reporting, statutory financial reporting, audit management, fund structure set-ups and management, transaction support from the simplest of asset acquisitions to complex, cross-border and leveraged transactions, cash flow forecasting & management, management of tax compliance and debt origination & debt restructuring. We are part of a global team under the Global Head of Investor Accounting & Finance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Exposure to miscellaneous accounting and finance projects.

Creating and formatting Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents.

Contribute to internal and external reporting processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Interest in Real Estate and accounting

Excellent organisational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task.

Highly IT literate, self-starter navigating and learning IT systems with good PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Enthusiastic, dependable and willing team player.

An interest in working towards an accounting qualification
